Rockmill Machinery Transfer was founded in 2001 by Jim and Patti Posey. Jim is a former employee of T.C. Spires Transfer where he spent over 25 years as a rigger, crane operator, and heavy hauler. By the time Jim left T.C. Spires, he was considered one of the most sought after crane operators in the state of Ohio. Along the way, he became known for his promptness and quality of work.
